Mission

Our mission is to support working parents by providing a forum for discussion, the dissemination of information and education regarding the issues they face in caring for their children and/or elderly parents while providing an opportunity to partner with Sears Holdings Corporation to drive family-oriented solutions to better serve our associates and our customers.

Vision

The Parent at Work Network vision is to connect SHC's working parents and those interested in topics related to parenting with each other in order to share best practices, resources, ideas, referrals, information and sometimes, just stories, to provide peer support. And to serve as a resource to members on key topics of interest and provide membership feedback to SHC on key business imperatives impacting parents.
