Sears Holdings to Announce Earnings

    HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill., April 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sears
Holdings Corporation (Nasdaq: SHLD) today announced the company currently
plans to release financial results for its fiscal 2009 first quarter on May
28, 2009, before the market opens. In addition, the company plans to file
