Sears Holdings To Announce Earnings

    HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill., July 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sears Holdings

release financial results for its fiscal 2009 second quarter on August 20,
2009, before the market opens. In addition, the company plans to file with
