Sears Holdings to Announce Earnings

    Company also announces date for 2010 Annual Meeting of Stockholders

    HOFFMAN ESTATES, Ill., Feb. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Sears Holdings
Corporation (Nasdaq: SHLD) announced today that it currently plans to
release financial results for its fiscal 2009 fourth quarter and full year
on February 23, 2010, before the market opens. In addition, the company
plans to file with the SEC its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year
ended January 30, 2010 on or before March 31, 2010.

    The company also announced that the 2010 annual meeting of stockholders
will be held at the Company's headquarters in Hoffman Estates, Ill., on
Tuesday, May 4, 2010.
